Product Warranty
- All items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery.
- Defects include broken zippers, loose stitching, or faulty insulation; normal wear and tear excluded.
Delivery
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days via USPS Priority Mail (U.S. only).
- Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days via FedEx Express ($20 additional fee).
- Tracking info sent via email upon shipment.
Limitation of Liability
Midnig LLC is not liable for delays from carriers or damages from improper use. Maximum liability per claim equals the purchase price.
Governing Law
Governing law: Washington State. Disputes resolved in King County courts.
