Overview
Midnig LLC offers a 25-day refund window for unused, unworn winter apparel purchased from midnig.io. Returns submitted more than 25 days after delivery are ineligible for a full refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a refund, your item must:
- Remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached, no signs of wear).
- Be returned in its original packaging with a valid order receipt.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Items with removed tags, stains, pilling, or altered hems.
- Final sale items (marked “Non-Returnable” on product pages).
- Items damaged due to improper care (e.g., machine-washing dry-clean only coats).
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds (up to 50% of the purchase price) may be granted for:
- Items with minor defects not reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Returns received 26–30 days after delivery, at our discretion.
Refund Process
- Submit a Request: Email mi@midnig.io within 25 days, including your order number and reason for return.

- Inspection & Approval: We will inspect returns within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
- Damaged Upon Arrival: If an item arrives with manufacturing defects (e.g., broken zippers, loose stitching), contact us within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement or full refund (we cover shipping).
Lost Returns
For orders over $100, we recommend using tracked shipping or insurance. Midnig LLC is not liable for lost or damaged return packages.
Exchanges
We offer size/color exchanges (subject to stock availability). Email mi@midnig.io to initiate an exchange, including your order details and desired replacement.
Gifts
- Marked as Gift: A store credit will be issued to the recipient once the return is processed.
- Not Marked as Gift: Refunds are issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.
Sale Items
Discounted items (marked “Sale”) are final sale and ineligible for return.
